Quiet location , friendly staff , away from all the traffic and noise Good place to relax.

Booked.net did not have the updated contact information of the hotel and telephone no and the taxi driver could not find the hotel and eventually dropped me off in the middle of nowhere and , I had to eventually get a motorbike taxi to try and find the place When i got to the hotel and gave the reception a copy of the printed reservation and she checked and the information was incorrect and the owner did mention that this will be sorted out

The thing that I like about Phuket Tropical Inn is the services there, the staffs are very polite and cheerful.Besides, the cleanliness is very good as there isn't any unpleasant smell or dirt.

I wish it would have a better location closer to the beach .

Thankyou to all the staff at this hotel I had a great time , ate great food & slept like a baby evrey night I cannot fault the b&b its new & clean & its a mini hotel it even has free internet computers for us to use & free wifi in my room I will stay again for sure next trip it really does feel like home very quickly thankyoooooooooooooooooooo

Fantastic place I bboked because they had a 24hr special & wanted to try it & was I pleasantly surprised it's actually an hotel when I booked it said b&b but it is far better than any b&b I have ever stayed in the staff are ever so friendly & the rooms are beautiful big & clean & the food is extremley good I reccomend this place 100%

The manager Lindsey was very helpful , pleasant and cheerful person. The staff were also very helpful and on hand any time of the day. The hotel was very clean, recently renovated and the rooms are spacious . Quiet location away from the hassle and noise of Patong, yet still has all facilities on hand.

Nice and really big double rooms with everything you need for a good price, calm during the night, clean, friendly staff(can book your ferry trips to other islands), close to 7eleven and a lot of restaurants
